He received his Ph.D. degree in School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Scinence at the Washington State University. He received MS degree in Computer Science at the University of Texas at Arlington in 2005. He received B.A degree in Agricultural Biology at the Korea University, Seoul, Korea, in 2002. His research interests includes Data Mining, Machine Learning, Bioinformatics, and Systems Biology.
